When you’ve had a baby, you probably won’t feel like getting intimate with your partner straight away, and that’s fine. It’s totally normal! Begin The Day With Something Positive

Starting the day with something positive can be anything from reading a chapter of a book to taking an invigorating shower. Try to get up with some extra time so you don’t have to rush around, as rushing always puts people in a bad mood.

Start Exercising

Once you’ve got the ok from a doctor, the best way to look and feel good is to exercise. You’ll lose baby weight, tone up, and begin to glow as you’re looking after yourself from the inside out! If you feel you’ve got a lot to lose, you should join a bootcamp rather than a gym as you’re more likely to stay motivated. Change up your exercises and keep things fresh so you stick to your new routine!

Eat Well
